Booking

1) It is possible to make a non committing advance availability request - through our site, by e-mail or by telephone.(+39 338-5952051).

2) Once we have confirmed our availability and the customer has accepted our proposal, we will send a prefilled booking form. The reservation must be confirmed by faxing the booking form completely filled and signed – and the receipt of a 30% deposit to the following number: +39 081 5306983.

3) We will send you back the booking form signed by us along with a valid booking code as a confirmation voucher.

Cancellation terms:
Bookings can only be cancelled by fax. Any cancellation notice must be given 30 days before arrival date. For cancellations made after the above mentioned time limits, “Le Terrazze del Cilento” will charge a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount due. Anticipated departures are not subject to refunds.
The balance must be paid on arrival.

Rules
The Apartments are all of the same size and same and internal features, regardless of the number of occupants. Prices include stay, weekly cleaning, gas, electricity, bed linens.
Mandatory final cleaning fee € 50. Cooktops and kitchenware must be left as clean as they were on guests’ arrival because they are not included in the final cleaning. Otherwise there will be an additional charge.
Caution money: at the handing of keys we require a € 100 deposit as caution money which will be given back upon departure, in case of damages costs will be charged. Upon departure guests must give linens back so that they can be verified before the deposit return.
Each flat can accommodate up to five people. Those who will not comply with this paragraph will not be admitted, guest who will not respect it will be sent out.
Each flat is assigned one car park.
Admission to “Le Terrazze del Cilento” Residence is forbidden to those who do not reside there.

“Le Terrazze del Cilento” Residence guests will keep their tv volume down – as well as any other sound equipment – in order not to disturb other guests. In addition, from midnight to 8 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m to 5 p.m. guests must observe the silence. However, during the other hours, we recommend a behaviour that allows all the guest to enjoy a peaceful stay.
is forbidden to spread out the washing on the outside front walls, drive nails into the walls, to soil walls and floors, to damage the facilities and the furniture.

Animals are strictly not allowed – no matter what size, kind or breed they are.

Documents – in accordance with the law guests must present some valid identification documents (passport or ID) before entering their flat.
in and check-out times: guests can check-in since 12:30 p.m. . Guests must check-out by 10 a.m. . In case you wish to enter your flat before 12:30 p.m. or you want to check-out after 10 a.m., we will charge one extra day.

The management is not responsible for any valuable object, personal belongings or things left in the car park or in the flats, nor it is responsible for any damage to guests’ cars in the car park.

“Le Terrazze del Cilento” Residence guests must comply with these rules, those who will not respect it will be sent out.
